
Christopher Coutanceau and Nicolas Brossard, the new generation at the head of the kitchen and dining hall for 5 years, have joined forces in this great adventure.
Richard & Christopher Coutanceau’s restaurant in La Rochelle, a regional gastronomic reference with two Michelin stars since 1986, belongs to the prestigious French group Relais & Châteaux since 1987.
This establishment combines a cuisine which is both innovative and creative, in a refined and warm setting; always on the look out for new savours, our aim is to amaze but mainly to “please” you, keyword of our house.
We will exceptionally be open on Sunday 14th September 2008 and will be delighted to welcome you for lunch and dinner.
A private sitting-room is at your disposal to cater for 30 guests or for meetings of up to 40 persons.
